(3) Construction and operation of pollution prevention facilities

3.1 Wastewater treatment facilities:

The wastewater treatment facilities of our company were commissioned by Nanjing Industrial Environmental Technology Co., LTD., with a designed treatment capacity of 340 tons/day, which was put into use in June 2015. In the operation process of more than two years, the wastewater treatment facilities can be stable operation, and the wastewater is stable and discharged up to the standard.

3.1.1 Waste water collection: The process waste water of the resin workshop and the recycling workshop shall be sent directly to the comprehensive regulating tank of the waste water treatment post through the open pipe; The plant is equipped with initial rainwater collection tank, domestic sewage collection tank, accident waste water collection tank; Workshop emergency pools are provided in each workshop.

3.1.2 Our company conducts classified collection and qualitative treatment of wastewater. Low-concentration wastewater, such as initial rainwater and domestic sewage, is transported to the comprehensive regulation tank of wastewater treatment posts; The accident water is transported to the alkaline hydrolysis tank at the wastewater treatment post for alkaline hydrolysis first, and is now sent to the comprehensive regulation tank.

3.1.3 After the wastewater from the comprehensive regulation tank is pumped to the anaerobic tank with the lift, it passes the two-stage A/O treatment (anaerobic tank + aerobic A section + anaerobic tank + aerobic B section) and then discharged to the park sewage treatment plant to meet the standard.

3.1.4 The company has built an online monitoring room at the tail pond to conduct real-time online monitoring and analysis of COD, and network with the environmental protection system of the park. Meanwhile, Jiangsu Tianze Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is entrusted to operate and maintain the online monitoring system. The operation ledger and operation and maintenance ledger of wastewater treatment facilities are complete with real data.

3.1.5 The company has set up an environmental protection department, which is responsible for the operation of wastewater treatment posts and equipped with professional operators. The treatment capacity at each stage has reached the design target and the operation is in good condition. In the company's daily monitoring and completion acceptance monitoring, annual environmental monitoring process, all drainage indicators are up to standard and in line with the total environmental assessment control indicators, the company's drainage indicators are qualified.

3.2 Waste gas treatment facilities and operation status

3.2.1 The waste gas treatment facilities of our company were designed by Jiangsu Nanda Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD., and put into use in June 2015. In the operation process of more than two years, the waste gas treatment facilities can run stably, and the exhaust gas is stable and discharged up to the standard.

3.2.2 Waste gas treatment process

Resin workshop: solvent gas (process waste gas) in the production process is recovered by condensation first. The unorganized exhaust gas is first collected by the sealed pipe, and enters the exhaust gas treatment system together with the process exhaust gas. After the treatment of two-stage water absorption + first-stage activated carbon adsorption, it is discharged through the 15-meter chimney to meet the standard.

Recovery workshop: Process exhaust gas and vacuum pump exhaust gas from the production process are collected into a exhaust pipe and enter the exhaust gas treatment system. Formic acid, dimethylamine and DMF in the exhaust gas are treated by two-stage falling film absorption + two-stage dilute hydrochloric acid absorption method. The treated gas is merged into the 15-meter chimney of the resin workshop and discharged to the standard.

Waste water treatment station: Solid waste warehouse and waste water pool are sealed and collected, then subjected to first-level water absorption + first-level dilute acid absorption treatment, and discharged up to standard through a 15-meter chimney.

3.2.3 Our company's waste gas treatment facilities are in place and run stably and effectively in accordance with the EIA requirements and design scheme. The operation of exhaust gas facilities is included in the daily workshop management work, and the responsibility for touring and maintenance is implemented. The PH online monitor is installed in the four-stage absorption tower of the recycling post, and the PH online monitor is also installed in the tail gas acid absorption tower of the wastewater treatment post. Each absorption tower is equipped with sight mirror to observe the spray of absorption liquid in time; Replace each acid and base absorption solution according to PH value, and replace each water absorption solution regularly.

3.2.4 In the daily supervision, our company installed the advanced VOC online detection instrument in the exhaust emission outlet of the production workshop, real-time monitoring of the exhaust emission concentration of the production workshop. The daily company monitoring and outsourcing monitoring of pollutant emission data are qualified and up to the standard, and all pollution factors are in line with the total amount approved by the environmental assessment.

3.3 Solid waste treatment

3.3.1 All hazardous waste generated by the company is temporarily stored in hazardous waste storage, and a hazardous waste warehouse of 144㎡ has been built in accordance with the "eight prevention" requirements of solid waste facilities. Diversion ditch, leachate collection tank, ground anti-corrosion, fire fighting facilities, etc., have been built in place. The generated solid waste is uniformly entrusted by the Environmental Protection Department to Rudong Daheng Hazardous Waste Treatment Co., LTD for disposal.

3.3.2 The general solid waste generated in the production of the project is domestic waste, which will be uniformly collected by Rudong Xintiandi Property Company and transported and disposed of.

3.4 Noise Control

In terms of noise control, our company can maximize the control of noise through acoustic rooms, shock pads, silencers, soft connections and other auxiliary measures, while using new fans to reduce the contribution of noise to the environment. In terms of management, it is necessary to strengthen post tour and increase equipment maintenance to ensure the stable operation of various pumps, fans and other equipment. After taking the above control measures, it is ensured that all the factory boundary noise meets the Class 3 standard of the Industrial Enterprise Factory Boundary Ambient Noise Emission Standard (GB12348-2008) (i.e. less than 65dB(A) during the day and less than 55dB(A) during the night).

5. Emergency plan for sudden environmental events

On April 17, 2015, the "Emergency Plan for Environmental Emergencies" prepared by our company passed the record of Rudong County Environmental Protection Bureau, the record number: 320623-2015-025-H. At present, the record of the plan has expired, combined with the transformation of DMF recycling posts, our company has carried out a retrospective environmental assessment, and the report has been submitted for review; At the same time, the emergency plan has been prepared according to the new environmental assessment, combined with the internal situation of the enterprise, in accordance with the requirements of the new guidelines, and after the approval of the new environmental assessment, the plan can be reviewed and filed.
